Breakfast at The Garrison will be freshly prepared with home made tattie scones, our very own free range hen eggs cooked as you like, home grown tomatoes and bacon, links sausage, square sausage from our own livestock. The black pudding and haggis comes from Aberfoyle Butcher whom share our values that foood should be locally sourced and hold provenance and QA.
Your breakfast will be served to your room at a time of your choosing.
We also provide home made jams, toast/bread, muesli and selection of fruits and yogurts for the lighter breakfast.
Dinner's are selected from our seasonal menu and are made using our home grown produce fresh to order and are of typical Scottish fair with local venison, Highland beef from Barkers Beef in Callander, salmon, home reared chicken and pork with vegetarian, gluten free, wheat free options cooked to order.
Lunch choices at The Garrison range between our fresh home made soup of the day with fresh home made bread. Salad from our poly tunnel and vegetable patches. Baked potato with filling and home baked cakes. Various filled sandwiches using our home made bread. Packed lunches are also available.
